Follow the instructions below to find sytem and hardware information about your Windows 10/11 PC.

1. Open “Task Manager”

  • Keyboard shortcut: “Ctrl” + “Shift” + “Esc”

2. The “Task Manager” window should open.

  • Click “More details”. 
    * If it says “Fewer details” then move on to the next instruction.

3. Select the “Performance” tab.

4. Select “CPU”.

5. Select “Memory”.

6. Select “GPU” (might need to scroll).

Storage Details

1. On your keyboard:

  • Hold the “windows” or “win” key
  • Press the “e” key

2. The “File Explorer” window should open

3. Select “This PC”

4. Right click on disk “C:”

5. A menu will open. Select “Properties”

6. The window that opens will tell you:

  • Used space (Blue)
  • Free space (Pink)
  • Total Capacity (Orange)

1. Keyboard shortcut: “win” + “r”.

2. Type “winver” (without the quotes).

3. Click “OK” – this will open a new window.
This will show the Windows version and build information.

1. Keyboard shortcut: “win” + “r”.

2. Type “msinfo32” (without the quotes).

3. Click “OK” – this will open a new window.

4. Find the motherboard model information.
    – Look at the “BaseBoard Product” row.
